SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern your use of the opt-in SMS program operated by OKO Labs, Inc., d/b/a Product Leader Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.
1. Program Overview
Our SMS program delivers opt-in educational content, course progress updates, scholarship updates, transactional notifications, and program-related information to U.S. mobile phone numbers. The program currently includes the "PM AI-Ready in 7 Days" course, which delivers one message per day for seven consecutive days, and may be extended to additional courses or notification streams in the future.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by:
- Texting the keyword PMAI to our long code or short code from your mobile device.
- Submitting your mobile phone number through a form on productleaderacademy.com that explicitly references SMS communications.
- Selecting an explicit SMS opt-in checkbox during scholarship application or account onboarding.
By opting in, you authorize Product Leader Academy to send you recurring SMS messages at the mobile number you provided. Your opt-in is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or program participation.
3. How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from this program until you re-subscribe by replying START or by re-opting in through the web form.
4. Help
Reply HELP or INFO at any time to receive help text including our contact information. You may also email privacy@productleaderacademy.com for assistance.
5. Frequency
Frequency depends on the program you opted in to. The "PM AI-Ready in 7 Days" course sends one message per day for seven days. Other operational and program messages are sent on an as-needed basis, typically not exceeding two messages per month. Frequency may vary by your engagement and the programs you participate in.
6. Carrier Charges
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Product Leader Academy does not charge you to receive or send messages within this program. We are not responsible for any carrier-imposed charges.
7. Carriers and Devices
Supported on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be impacted by network conditions outside our control.
8. Privacy
We use your mobile phone number solely to deliver the SMS content you opted in to receive and, where applicable, to authenticate your account or send transactional notifications. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through this page or via SMS notice. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
