Host an AI Product Manager apprentice
In development, not yet approved. We're building this pathway in conversation with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship and our state workforce agency. This is an interest list, not an enrollment — nothing here is a commitment.
The AI Product Manager role is in high demand and has no standard way to train or verify it. An apprenticeship-style pathway could change that: you'd evaluate someone over real on-the-job work instead of a five-round interview loop, and they'd build a portfolio-driven body of work against a defined standard.
The shape we're designing: the apprentice is employed by you; a senior PM mentors them a few hours a week; and we provide the curriculum, the mentor framework, and carry the program structure. We'll share specifics with the interest list as the program firms up.
